The fire hydrant that used to be near the curb has been moved back to within about 2' of the building.

The sidewalk has been removed and crews are preparing to add a new traffic lane on the east side of 2nd Avenue - where half of the sidewalk and the old curb used to be. After this is done there will be a 6' wide sidewalk, a Jersey Barrier, and a new traffic lane. This lane will be used for traffic M-F but will be available for parking on the weekends and holidays.
